How the afternoon goes
From the farmyard to the wood-fired oven, here's how your afternoon unfolds.
We meet in the garden
This isn't a restaurant or a cooking school, it's our home, and for a few hours, it becomes yours too. We start with a walk around the farm, where you'll meet the animals and see where everything you're about to cook comes from, including the cow that provides the milk for the mozzarella you'll make later. We'll also take you to one of our favourite viewpoints, a quiet spot looking out over the Amalfi Coast.
Hands in the dough
Back in the garden kitchen, Pasquale and Rosanna guide you step by step through the way we cook at home. You'll make real Neapolitan pizza dough using a family recipe passed down through generations, stretch traditional Fior di Latte from fresh farm milk, and bake your pizza in our wood-fired oven. Along the way, you'll taste Pasquale's homemade organic wine and visit the cellar where it's made.
We sit down and eat
To finish, Rosanna teaches you how to make lemon tiramisù with homemade limoncello and lemons from our trees. Then everyone sits down together to enjoy what you've made, taking your time over good food, wine and conversation.
