How the evening goes
From a walk around the farm to a table full of homemade food, here's how your evening unfolds.
We meet in the garden
We start with a short walk around the property. You'll meet the animals, see where the vegetables grow, visit the cellar where Pasquale makes his homemade organic wine, and stop at one of our favourite viewpoints looking out over the coast.
No cooking, just sitting down
You'll settle into the garden or the farmhouse, depending on the weather, for a meal the way we actually eat at home. The menu changes with the seasons but always includes garden vegetables, local cheeses and cured meats, and homemade fresh pasta, followed by a second course such as salsiccia in crosta or smoked mozzarella. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.
We finish together
Dessert is made by Rosanna and served with Pasquale's wine and our homemade limoncello. You stay as long as the evening runs, with food, wine and conversation around the same table the family eats at every day.
