How the afternoon goes
From the barn to the table, here's how your afternoon unfolds.
We meet in the garden
Pasquale greets you at the farm and takes you on a short walk around the land, where you'll meet the animals and see the daily rhythm of the farm as it actually happens, not staged for visitors.
Hands in the dough
The morning's centrepiece: milking the cow yourselves, guided step by step, just as the family does every day. The milk goes straight to the kitchen, where you'll stretch it into fresh Fior di Latte mozzarella and watch it take shape in your hands. While it rests, Rosanna shows you how to make handmade gnocchi using simple, traditional techniques passed down through the family.
We sit down and eat
You'll taste Pasquale's homemade organic wine and visit the cellar where it's made, then finish with a lemon tiramisù made with homemade limoncello and lemons from the farm's own trees. Everyone sits down together to share what you've made, with food, wine and stories in a relaxed farmhouse setting.
